Beyoncé v De Keersmaeker: can you copyright a dance move?

I read this article on The Guardian website about Beyonce being accused of plagerism with respect to her dance moves in her latest music video and it made me think about some of the discussions we had in class about the use of other artist’s material so I thought I’d share it:
